- Curate and maintain the visual presentation of merchandise in the store, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's aesthetic and standards.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and buying team to understand and execute the store's merchandising strategy.
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and styles, and use this knowledge to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged, labeled, and priced according to company guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify best-selling products and make recommendations for restocking and re-merchandising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all product displays are visually appealing and customer-friendly.
- Maintain the store's visual standards and make necessary adjustments to displays and layouts as needed.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure that all displays are properly stocked, organized, and maintained.
- Assist in creating and setting up seasonal and promotional displays to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Communicate any merchandising issues or concerns to the Store Manager and work together to find solutions.
- Uphold a high level of customer service by providing assistance and product knowledge to customers when needed.
- Help with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments, including unpacking, organizing, and stocking products on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring all merchandise is accurately labeled and easily accessible.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect store assets and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Buying, Planning, And/Or Merchandising In A Retail Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Successful Merchandising Strategies.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Retail Software, Such As Jda Or Sap.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
