  1. Develop and execute creative and innovative social media strategies to elevate Urban Outfitters' brand presence and reach on various social media platforms.
  2. Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand's image and values.
  4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continuously enhance the brand's social media presence.
  6. Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
  7. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach and drive brand awareness.
  9. Collaborate with the E-commerce team to promote and drive sales through social media channels.
  10. Assist with the planning and execution of social media events and collaborations to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  11. Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
  12. Assist in managing the social media budget and provide regular reports on social media performance to the team and stakeholders.
  13. Stay informed about the latest social media trends and features and make recommendations for incorporating them into the brand's social media strategy.
  14. Train and mentor junior members of the social media team to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content.
  15. Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner across all social media channels.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Social Media Platforms And Their Best Practices.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Creative Flair For Developing Engaging Content.

  • Experience In Analyzing And Utilizing Social Media Metrics To Inform Strategy And Measure Success.
