- Ensure that all aspects of the business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance risks and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and update company policies accordingly.
- Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all areas of the business.
- Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and maintain positive relationships with them.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance violations or issues.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
- Conduct internal investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals.
- Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of compliance efforts.
- Represent the company in regulatory compliance meetings and conferences.
- Foster a culture of compliance and ethics within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Retail Operations, Such As Consumer Protection Laws, Product Safety Regulations, And Labor Laws.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulatory Information And Effectively Communicate It To Various Stakeholders.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
