- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with the Urban Outfitters brand and drive sales.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and translate them into visually appealing displays that showcase our merchandise.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Urban Outfitters brand aesthetic and ensure all displays are consistent with the brand's image.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
- Assist in the planning and execution of store layout changes and product placement to optimize sales and customer experience.
- Ensure all visual displays are set up and maintained in a timely manner, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of visual merchandising supplies and materials.
- Train and coach store team members on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
- Participate in regular store walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively seeking out and implementing new and innovative visual merchandising ideas.
Experience In Visual Merchandising: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Includes Creating And Executing Visual Displays, Dressing Mannequins, And Maintaining Store Aesthetics.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: As An Assistant Visual Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Juggling Multiple Tasks And Projects While Adhering To Strict Deadlines. They Should Have Excellent Organizational Skills And Be Able To Prioritize Effectively.
Creative Eye And Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Sense Of Style And Be Able To Translate Trends And Brand Aesthetics Into Visually Appealing Displays. They Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Maintain The Store's Visual Standards.
Leadership And Team Management: The Assistant Visual Manager Will Be Responsible For Training And Managing A Team Of Visual Merchandisers. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving The Store's Visual Goals.
