1. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to develop and execute creative and visually appealing displays that align with the brand's aesthetic and storytelling.
2. Use your strong sense of style and fashion to curate product displays that attract and engage customers and showcase the store's unique personality.
3. Ensure all displays are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained in accordance with brand standards and guidelines.
4. Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into displays to keep the store's visual aesthetic fresh and relevant.
5. Work closely with the store manager to prioritize and plan visual merchandising projects and initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience.
6. Train and mentor team members on visual merchandising techniques, standards, and brand guidelines to maintain consistency throughout the store.
7. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve visual impact.
8. Collaborate with the buying and planning teams to ensure that product placement and availability align with upcoming marketing campaigns and promotions.
9. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure all products are readily available for display.
10. Continuously analyze and report on sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and display strategies.
11. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all displays are visually appealing, organized, and accurately reflect the brand's image and values.
12. Remain flexible and adaptable to support the store's needs, including assisting with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the store manager.
