11. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
12. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new merchandise shipments.
13. Proactively identify and address any visual or operational issues in the store.
14. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Urban Outfitters image and style.
15. Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
