- Maintain the store's visual standards by ensuring all displays, fixtures, and signage are up to date, properly stocked, and in good condition.
- Utilize artistic and design skills to create eye-catching and engaging window displays, floor setups, and other in-store visuals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor visuals to continuously improve and innovate our store's displays.
- Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure that product placement and displays effectively showcase and highlight new and seasonal items.
- Train and provide guidance to store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to maintain consistent and high-quality displays.
- Manage inventory and supplies for visual displays, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized.
- Assist with the planning and execution of store events and promotions, incorporating visual elements to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate with store management and corporate visual team to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all stores.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the store's visual presentation to drive sales and create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Previous Experience In Visual Merchandising: The Ideal Candidate For An Assistant Visual Manager Position Should Have Previous Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Includes Creating Visually Appealing Displays, Understanding Product Placement, And Utilizing Design Principles.
