
Assistant Visual Manager

- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to develop and execute creative visual concepts for store displays and layouts in line with the brand aesthetic.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of seasonal and monthly visual merchandising strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion and design trends, and incorporate them into displays and layouts.
- Keep a keen eye on the store's visual presentation, ensuring that all displays are visually appealing, on-brand, and well-maintained.
- Help manage the store's inventory of visual materials, including props, signage, and fixtures.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Work closely with the store management team to ensure that all visual displays are aligned with sales goals and customer experience.
- Assist in the set-up and teardown of visual displays for special events and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized visual storage area and ensure that all visual equipment is in good working condition.
- Continuously seek new and innovative ways to enhance the store's visual presentation and elevate the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual displays that align with promotional campaigns.
- Keep track of visual merchandising budget and help manage expenses.
- Attend regular training and development sessions to stay updated on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Communicate any issues or concerns related to visual merchandising to the Visual Manager in a timely manner.
A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Visual Merchandising Role.
Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And A Keen Eye For Visual Presentation.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Mentor A Team.
Proficient In Adobe Creative Suite And Experience Creating Visually Appealing Displays.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management And The Ability To Analyze Sales Data To Make Informed Decisions For Product Placement.
