- Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.
- Train and guide team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all products are displayed in a visually appealing manner.

- Collaborate with other departments such as buying and marketing to ensure cohesive and effective displays.
- Participate in visual merchandising meetings and provide input and suggestions.

Experience In Visual Merchandising: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Layout Design, Product Placement, And Window Displays.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Visual Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Directing A Team Of Visual Merchandisers. Strong Leadership Skills, Such As Effective Communication, Delegation, And Problem-Solving, Are Essential For The Role.
Creative And Trend-Savvy: Urban Outfitters Is Known For Its Unique And Trendsetting Style.
