  1. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to develop and execute creative visual strategies that align with the overall brand vision and aesthetic.
  2. Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure that all visual displays accurately represent the current product assortment.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring that all displays and visuals reflect the unique and progressive image of Urban Outfitters.
  4. Train and develop store associates on visual standards and best practices to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand image.
  5. Conduct regular store walks to ensure all displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and meet brand standards.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor visuals to continuously improve and evolve visual displays.
  7. Manage and maintain visual display materials, including props, fixtures, and signage.
  8. Collaborate with store management to create a visually inspiring and functional store layout that maximizes sales and enhances the customer experience.
  9. Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions, ensuring that visuals and displays align with the event theme and brand image.
  10. Act as a liaison between the store and corporate visual teams, providing feedback and suggestions to improve visual merchandising strategies.
  11. Monitor and manage visual merchandising budget and expenses.
  12. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and innovate visual displays to attract and retain customers.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Urban Outfitters brand and effectively communicate this to team members and customers.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Visual Manager or store management.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education And Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Visual Merchandising Or A Related Field, With A Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Visual Arts, Or A Related Field.

  • Creative And Artistic Skills: Strong Eye For Design, Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, And Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays And Store Layouts.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: Proven Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Effectively Communicate With Team Members To Achieve Goals.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines, And Maintain Visual Standards Throughout The Store.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Store Managers, And Corporate Teams, And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments To Ensure A Cohesive Visual Aesthetic Throughout The Store.
