
Assistant Department Manager

- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create engaging and on-brand displays.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and upper management to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and industry developments to provide relevant and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management.
- Uphold company standards and policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to the brand.
- Collaborate with other Assistant Department Managers to share best practices and drive overall store success.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager or upper management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Fashion Or Lifestyle Industry.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Techniques.
