  1. Safely and efficiently load and unload packages from delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
  2. Sort, scan, and label packages according to destination and customer specifications.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure the safety of all employees and packages.
  4. Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery deadlines and goals.
  5. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and report any issues or concerns to management.
  6. Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to move packages within the warehouse.
  7. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Follow proper safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  9. Work efficiently and effectively to handle a high volume of packages and meet productivity standards.
  10. Follow proper package handling techniques to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  11. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and maintenance.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude to contribute to a cohesive and productive team environment.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  14. Take initiative to identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
