  1. Perform general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading packages, sorting, and organizing inventory.
  2. Operate machinery and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and responsible manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  4. Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet customer expectations.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Follow standard operating procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent loss or damage.
  7. Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and productivity within the warehouse.
  11. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and complaints.
  12. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a positive team culture.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  14. Follow all company rules and regulations, including punctuality and attendance.
  15. Other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Warehouse Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role.

  • Physical Fitness And Strength: This Job Requires A Lot Of Physical Labor, Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.

  • Ability To Operate Warehouse Equipment: Warehouse Associates At Ups Are Expected To Operate Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Other Equipment, So Candidates Should Have Experience And Be Comfortable Using These Tools.

  • Attention To Detail: In A Fast-Paced Warehouse Environment, It Is Important For Candidates To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Accurately Track And Organize Inventory.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: Warehouse Associates At Ups Work As Part Of A Team, So Candidates Should Have Good Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Others. They Should Also Be Able To Follow Instructions And Work Well Under Pressure.
