Job Description

The Telecom Technician position in Cellular Mobile Services provides support for M2M and employee cell phone provisioning, issues, and decommissioning efforts as well as tasks delegated from projects. Duties include but are not limited to troubleshooting, repiairing, and escalating to the proper vendor any telelcom cellular and/or infrastructure problems. Analyze, audit, record and prepare for payment telecom cellular billing. Provide support for provisioning/decommissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation of corporate cellular devices. Assists with tasks assigned associated with efforts and projects within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with Data Communications and Windows Operating System

  • Knowledge of Telecom Hardware and Software, IOS and Android, Cellular and WiFi knowledge preferred
