  2. Assist with the smooth and efficient operation of UPS services, including package tracking, delivery, and pick-up.
  3. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of UPS services, products, and policies.
  6. Train and mentor junior service associates to ensure they are providing quality customer service.
  7. Collaborate with various departments within UPS to ensure seamless operations.
  8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  9. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for enhancing customer experience.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Customer Service: A Senior Service Associate At Ups Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In The Logistics Or Transportation Industry. This Experience Should Include Handling Customer Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, And Managing Customer Accounts.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, As Well As Internal Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Ups Services And Products: A Senior Service Associate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ups Services And Products, Including Shipping Options, Rates, And Tracking Procedures. This Knowledge Will Help Them Provide Accurate And Efficient Service To Customers.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Ups Is A Fast-Paced Environment, And The Senior Service Associate Should Be Able To Thrive In This Setting. They Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Their Workload To Ensure Timely And Accurate Service To Customers.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Service Associate, The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically And Come Up With Effective Solutions To Customer Issues And Inquiries. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Difficult Or Escalated Situations With Patience And Professionalism.
