Proven Experience In Customer Service: A Senior Service Associate At Ups Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In The Logistics Or Transportation Industry. This Experience Should Include Handling Customer Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, And Managing Customer Accounts.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, As Well As Internal Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Ups Services And Products: A Senior Service Associate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ups Services And Products, Including Shipping Options, Rates, And Tracking Procedures. This Knowledge Will Help Them Provide Accurate And Efficient Service To Customers.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Ups Is A Fast-Paced Environment, And The Senior Service Associate Should Be Able To Thrive In This Setting. They Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Their Workload To Ensure Timely And Accurate Service To Customers.
