Job Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Related Field: A Senior Service Associate At Ups Should Have Extensive Experience In Handling Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Requests. This Experience Can Be Gained Through Previous Roles In Customer Service, Retail, Or Other Related Industries.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Service Associate, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, Both In Person And Over The Phone. A Senior Service Associate Should Have Experience And Proficiency In Using These Systems To Provide Efficient And Accurate Service To Customers.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Physically Demanding Environment: The Role Of A Senior Service Associate At Ups Can Be Physically Demanding, As It Involves Lifting And Moving Packages, Standing For Long Periods, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment.
