Revenue Management Pricing Systems Specialist

This position is responsible for the first call resolution of problem logs coming in from Service Management Center (SMC) for all supported Pricing Systems; Incentive Administration System (IAS), Incentive Administration System Web Access (IWA), and Deal Manager SMC. This role has direct contact with our internal customers and system applications for analysis and resolution. The incumbent prepares all Pricing System analytic reports necessary for review with systems applications and the business to understand and drive operational effectiveness. Reviews all field cases opened by domestic and international users of IAS/IWA, Deal Manager (e.g.: questions and problems). Resolves field cases directly or engages direct management for detailed research and problem resolution. Assists in the proper administration of signed contracts prior to the next billing cycle when necessary.
