Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Program Managers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Programs And Projects, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.
