  1. Lead and manage a team of program managers to ensure the successful execution of company initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement program management strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
  5. Provide guidance and support to program managers, helping them to develop and grow in their roles.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  7. Analyze and report on project performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  8. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of company objectives, priorities, and industry trends to inform project management decisions.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  12. Act as a liaison between the program management team and upper management, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  13. Stay updated on project management best practices and industry developments to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  14. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct, promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
  15. Represent UPS in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the company to clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Supply Chain Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meeting Deadlines.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project Or Agile Methodologies.
