- Lead and manage a team of program managers to ensure the successful execution of company initiatives.
- Develop and implement program management strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
- Provide guidance and support to program managers, helping them to develop and grow in their roles.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Supply Chain Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meeting Deadlines.
