10. Communicate with customers and address any concerns or inquiries regarding their shipments.
11. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.
12. Handle any escalations or emergencies that may arise during the shift.
13. Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and promote a positive work culture.
14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and operations.
