- Manage and maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of international clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue from international accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of logistics solutions to clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities
- Create and deliver presentations to clients on UPS services and solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability and meet company objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on the latest developments in global logistics and incorporate them into the company's strategies and operations
- Travel internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In International Sales Or Account Management.
Strong Understanding Of Global Logistics And Supply Chain Management.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With International Clients.
Proficiency In A Second Language, Preferably One Commonly Used In International Business, Such As Mandarin, Spanish, Or French.
