  1. Develop and implement strategies to expand our international client base and increase revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all communication and inquiries.
  3. Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific logistics and supply chain needs.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell UPS services to existing clients.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on global markets and cultural differences, providing insights and guidance to both clients and internal teams.
  7. Conduct regular account reviews and provide timely and accurate reporting on client performance and satisfaction.
  8. Act as a problem solver and escalate issues to appropriate teams for resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as competitive landscape, to inform business strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Represent UPS at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and promoting our services.
  11. Travel to international locations as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and build relationships.
  12. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of UPS.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of International Shipping And Logistics: The Ideal Candidate For An International Account Manager Position At Ups Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Complexities And Intricacies Of International Shipping And Logistics, Including Customs Regulations, Import/Export Procedures, And International Trade Agreements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An International Account Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients From Different Countries And Cultures.
