- Develop customized shipping solutions for clients based on their unique needs and requirements.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure compliance for all shipments.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes for clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze client shipping data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Actively seek out and secure new international business opportunities for the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the global market to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and company leadership on account performance and growth opportunities.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador for UPS, promoting the company's values and services to clients and potential customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, International Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In An International Setting.
Proficiency In A Second Language, Preferably One Commonly Used In International Business Such As Mandarin, Spanish, Or French.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients From Diverse Cultural Backgrounds.
