Healthcare Operations Excellence Supervisor

UPS is currently seeking a dynamic Engineering Supervisor to impact the organization by working with the District and Region Engineering Departments to develop, implement, and deploy approved operational processes and best practices consistently throughout the company. Trains Region and District IE resources in the approved processes and standards for work measurement application and maintain the SCS database. Assists Region and District Solutions in developing labor requirements for new business opportunities. Assists District IE departments in special re-engineering or new projects as necessary. Leads consulting opportunities, planning, and execution of large project implementations or training initiatives Manages subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure timelines and project deliverables are met, and develops Web Application training for use by Operation Trainers. Coordinates Operation Trainers efforts in field training.
