  2. Conduct market research and analysis to determine the feasibility of new franchise locations.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential franchisees.
  4. Provide guidance and support to franchisees throughout the process of establishing and growing their businesses.
  5. Ensure franchisees adhere to company brand standards and values.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective franchise sales and marketing strategies.
  7. Monitor and track franchise performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in franchise management.
  9. Communicate effectively with franchisees, company executives, and other stakeholders.
  10. Represent the company at franchise industry events and conferences.
  11. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the franchise industry.
  12. Prepare and present reports and proposals to senior management.
  13. Work closely with legal and financial departments to ensure compliance with regulations and financial requirements.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve franchise development processes and procedures.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge And Experience In Franchising: A Franchise Consultant At Ups Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Franchising Industry, Including Its Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices. They Should Also Have Prior Experience In Working With Franchisees And Franchisors.

They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Challenges That May Arise Within The Franchise Network.

  • Business Acumen And Financial Management Skills: As A Consultant, One Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Principles And Financial Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Budgeting, Forecasting, And Analyzing Financial Statements To Ensure The Success Of The Franchise.
