  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the UPS brand.
  5. Utilize knowledge of sales techniques and operations to help franchise partners increase revenue and improve efficiency.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement to franchise partners.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to attract new franchise partners and expand the company's network.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in order to provide relevant and effective support to franchise partners.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure the success of the franchise program.
  10. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
