  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in the franchise industry.
  2. Identify potential franchise opportunities and prospects through market analysis, networking, and other methods.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential franchisees, providing support and guidance throughout the franchise process.
  4. Conduct initial consultations with potential franchisees to assess their qualifications and suitability for the UPS franchise model.
  5. Collaborate with other departments within UPS to develop and implement effective franchise sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations to educate potential franchisees on the benefits and opportunities of joining the UPS franchise.
  7. Assist franchisees in the preparation of business plans and financial projections to secure funding.
  8. Conduct site visits and evaluations to ensure compliance with UPS standards and practices.
  9. Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements with potential franchisees.
  10. Monitor and track franchisee performance and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve success.
  11. Coordinate and participate in franchise events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to promote the UPS franchise.
  12. Stay informed about changes in franchise laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  13. Collaborate with other Franchise Consultants and share best practices to drive overall growth and success of the UPS franchise.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the franchise development process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent UPS and the franchise department in a professional manner at all times.

  • Experience In The Logistics Industry: Having Experience In The Logistics Industry, Particularly In The Package Delivery And Supply Chain Management Sector, Is Highly Desirable For A Franchise Consultant At Ups. This Knowledge Will Help Them Understand The Specific Needs And Challenges Of Potential Franchisees In This Industry.
