- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology opportunities that align with business objectives and financial goals.
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of finance technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on finance technology trends, best practices, and tools, keeping abreast of industry developments and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Analyze and evaluate existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that leverage technology to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a liaison between finance and technology teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on the progress and success of finance technology initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to finance technology, ensuring that all solutions and processes adhere to these standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Technology, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Processes, As Well As Experience With Erp Systems Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Technology Solutions And Driving Process Improvements Within A Finance Organization.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Results On Time And Within Budget.
