  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the designated district.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their logistics requirements.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer contracts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Utilize CRM tools and other sales techniques to track and manage customer interactions and progress towards sales goals.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges with key accounts, and work towards finding solutions to maintain and improve customer relationships.
  7. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote UPS services, as well as stay informed on industry developments and best practices.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients, showcasing the value and benefits of UPS services.
  9. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition within the designated district, and make recommendations for improving sales strategies and tactics.
  10. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales And Account Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients

  • Knowledge Of Logistics And Supply Chain Management, As Well As Proficiency In Using Crm Software And Other Sales Tools
