- Ensure that all duties and tariffs are correctly calculated and paid on behalf of the customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient customs clearance.
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures related to customs brokerage, suggesting and implementing changes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
