Job Description

Prepares and manages annual plans in achieving set objectives and goals Conducts and analyzes surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services. Supports customer first mindset and culture throughout the organization/network. Serves as an SME for Net Promoter Scores, elements of CX programs (journey mapping, listening posts, etc.) and benchmarking. Attends seminars, workshops, and conferences to improve on existing job knowledge. Defines and implements standards/procedures for ensuring the optimal customer experience. Liaises with Operations, other departments and agencies to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services. Utilizes social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provides quick response to inquiries. Supports the restructuring of The UPS Store into a customer-focused establishment.

Job Qualifications
  • Intermediate skills creating, modifying and running Access queries

  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in the field of customer experience (CX) including usage of NPS

  • Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP)

  • Displays an understanding of franchising model
