Business Intelligence Analyst

Gathers analytic requirements from key stakeholders and translates them into technical specifications for the design of meaningful data visualizations and dashboards. Collaborates with team of Marketing Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and 3rd party vendors to execute analytic and BI use cases. Identifies key information sources, assesses information quality, understands/communicates data limitations; and relates/compares information from different sources. Performs ad hoc data queries on segments, customers, and product data. Manages and supports project intake and requirements gathering in addition to project prioritization, selection, and scheduling. Tests and validates reports, dashboards, database objects for data accuracy/consistency and visuals. Monitors concerns and feedback for released tools/dashboards to ensure timely resolutions.
