As a Building Maintenance Mechanic (Electrical), you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.   1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in UPS facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair any electrical issues or malfunctions in a timely manner.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
  5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to address any facility-wide electrical concerns.
  6. Stay current with industry standards and safety protocols to ensure compliance.
  7. Order and maintain an inventory of necessary electrical supplies and equipment.
  8. Respond to emergency situations and resolve electrical issues promptly.
  9. Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding any maintenance needs or concerns.
  10. Continuously identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures to optimize facility efficiency.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
  12. Train and mentor other maintenance team members in electrical maintenance techniques and best practices.
  13. Oversee the work of external contractors or vendors hired for specific electrical projects.
  14. Promote a safe and clean work environment for all employees by following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
  15. Assist with other maintenance tasks and projects as needed.
