  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in our facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
  3. Install new electrical systems and equipment as needed.
  4. Monitor and maintain the functioning of all electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
  5. Respond promptly to any emergency electrical situations and provide quick solutions.
  6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
  7. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems.
  9. Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize our electrical systems and processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with other departments and team members regarding any electrical issues or maintenance needs.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical systems and equipment.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Electrical Certification: A Building Maintenance Mechanic (Electrical) At Ups Should Have A Valid Electrical Certification From A Recognized Institution Or Organization, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Expertise In Electrical Systems And Maintenance.
