Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles in the UPS fleet, including light duty trucks and heavy duty tractor trailers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using tools and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and staying up-to-date on industry advancements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to relay information on repairs, parts needed, and any potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues with vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain the highest level of quality.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment properly, reporting any malfunctions or need for repairs.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving company vehicles.

- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to make recommendations for improving the fleet's performance and efficiency.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
