  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on UPS aircrafts to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  4. Keep detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities.
  5. Communicate with other team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  7. Utilize various tools and equipment to effectively and efficiently complete tasks.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  9. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a professional and safe environment.
  11. Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed.
  13. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Serve as a brand ambassador for UPS by representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Adhere to UPS's values and code of conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Faa Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Faa Airframe And Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, Demonstrating Knowledge And Skills In Aircraft Maintenance And Repair.

  • Experience: Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Maintenance, Preferably In A Part 121 Or Part 145 Maintenance Environment. Candidates With Experience On Boeing And Airbus Aircraft Will Be Given Preference.

  • Attention To Detail: The Job Requires Precise And Accurate Work, With Strict Adherence To Safety And Quality Standards. The Candidate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Potential Issues Before They Become Major Problems.

  • Time Management Skills: As A Part Time Aircraft Maintenance Technician, The Candidate Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage Their Time And Complete Tasks Within Tight Deadlines. The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Is Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Team Player: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Teamwork Skills And Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Technicians And Engineers To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Problems. Good Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure Are Also Essential.
