A Phd In Chemical Or Biomedical Engineering: The Candidate Should Have A Doctoral Degree In Either Chemical Or Biomedical Engineering Or A Closely Related Field.
Teaching Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Teaching Experience At The Undergraduate Level. This Experience Should Include Designing And Delivering Lectures, Developing Course Materials, And Assessing Student Learning.
Research Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Research Background In Either Chemical Or Biomedical Engineering, And A Record Of Scholarly Publications In Top-Tier Journals.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Instructional Professor, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Interact With Students, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Also Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills To Work Collaboratively With Other Faculty Members And Contribute To The Department's Academic And Research Activities.
