  1. Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Wyoming.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the university's technological systems.
  3. Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
  4. Respond to IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Document and track all support activities and resolutions.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
