1. Maintain and upkeep the landscaping of all university housing buildings and grounds.

3. Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the housing campus.
4. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Identify and report any potential hazards or issues with the landscape to the appropriate personnel.
6. Assist with the installation and upkeep of irrigation systems.
