  1. Recruit and enroll a diverse and talented student body through various outreach and marketing efforts.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information and guidance on the admissions process, academic programs, and campus life.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the university and attract potential students.
  4. Plan and execute recruitment events, such as college fairs, campus tours, and open houses, to engage with prospective students and their families.
  5. Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and other supporting materials to determine eligibility for admission.
  6. Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to stay updated on program offerings and academic requirements.
  7. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in higher education recruitment and admissions.
  8. Utilize various technology platforms and tools to effectively communicate with prospective students and track recruitment efforts.
  9. Represent the university at conferences, workshops, and other events to network and promote the institution.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  11. Participate in team meetings and trainings to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and student interactions.
  13. Serve as a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for the university, promoting its values and mission to potential students.
  14. Collaborate with other university departments, such as financial aid and housing, to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and enrollment efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Education, Communications, Or Business.
