- Provide support and guidance to facilities management staff in implementing new processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to facilities management and business operations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement technological solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management operations
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and changes made
- Train and mentor new team members in facilities business operations processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Facilities Or Business Operations Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Database Management And Data Analysis Techniques.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Software Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.
