  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise systems.
  4. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design, and installation procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the university's technological capabilities.
  7. Provide technical support and training to university staff and end-users on enterprise systems and related applications.

  9. Participate in project planning and implementation, ensuring that enterprise systems are integrated and aligned with the university's strategic objectives.
  10. Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless integration of third-party systems with the university's enterprise systems.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
  12. Adhere to established procedures and protocols for system maintenance, backup, and disaster recovery.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of all university data and systems.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects and initiatives.
  15. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support and emergency situations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing, Maintaining, And Supporting Enterprise Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.

  • Experience With Enterprise Databases And System Integration Techniques.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
