Master's Degree Or Higher In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Business, Or Higher Education Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Strategic Planning And Implementation In An Academic Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Collaborating With Faculty, Staff, And External Partners.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify And Address Challenges In Academic Initiatives.
