  1. Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students by troubleshooting and resolving technology-related issues and inquiries.
  2. Maintain and update technology systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and individuals to identify and implement technological solutions to support academic and research initiatives.
  4. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the university's systems and processes.
  5. Train and educate faculty, staff, and students on the use of technology and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  6. Manage and maintain inventory of technology equipment and supplies.
  7. Assist with the planning and execution of technology-related events and projects.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  9. Create and maintain documentation and manuals for technology systems and procedures.
  10. Adhere to university policies and procedures related to technology and data security.
  11. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall technology support experience.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the job.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of technology support services.
  14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Or Equivalent Work Experience.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Proficiency In Various Operating Systems, Software Applications, And Hardware Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
