We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RN Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside renowned physicians and researchers to advance the field of women's health and make a real impact on patient outcomes.   1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical research studies related to women's health, including recruitment, data collection, and follow-up procedures.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to identify and enroll eligible participants for research studies.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols, including obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining accurate and complete records.
  4. Monitor and document study progress, including adverse events and protocol deviations, and report any issues to the appropriate parties.
  5. Act as a liaison between study sponsors, research team, and participants to facilitate effective communication and smooth study operations.
  6. Train and supervise research staff and ensure adherence to study protocols and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain study budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying potential cost-saving measures.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of research protocols, including study design, data collection tools, and analysis plans.
  9. Conduct data analysis and assist with manuscript preparation and submission for publication.
  10. Stay current with advancements and best practices in women's health research and incorporate them into study design and implementation.
  11. Contribute to the overall success of the Department of Women's Health by actively participating in team meetings and providing input for process improvement.
  12. Serve as a role model and mentor for junior research staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Rn, With At Least 2 Years In A Clinical Research Setting

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Clinical Research Protocols And Regulations

  • Experience In Coordinating And Managing Multiple Clinical Research Studies Simultaneously

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Communicate With Study Participants And Their Families.
