- Conduct research and experiments at the molecular level to contribute to the advancement of the field of molecular biology

- Design and implement experiments, analyze and interpret data, and communicate findings to team members and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on current literature and advancements in the field of molecular biology
- Troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper safety protocols are followed
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
- Contribute to the writing of research proposals, publications, and presentations

- Continuously develop and improve technical skills and knowledge through attending workshops and conferences, and engaging in self-directed learning.
A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Experience In Molecular Biology Techniques Such As Dna/Rna Extraction, Pcr, Cloning, And Gene Expression Analysis.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Using Software Such As R, Python, Or Matlab.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With A Team And Present Research Findings.
Previous Experience Conducting Independent Research Projects And Publishing Scientific Papers In Peer-Reviewed Journals.
