  1. Conduct compensation analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data and market trends to ensure our employees are fairly compensated for their contributions.
  2. Develop compensation packages: Collaborate with HR team and department managers to develop competitive and equitable compensation packages for new hires and existing employees.
  3. Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal and state laws and regulations related to compensation and ensure our practices are in compliance with them.
  4. Conduct salary surveys: Conduct regular salary surveys to gather data on market trends and adjust our compensation packages accordingly.
  5. Advise on compensation issues: Provide guidance and recommendations to managers and HR team on compensation issues, such as salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus structures.
  6. Maintain compensation records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee compensation, including salary, bonuses, and benefits.
  7. Participate in job evaluations: Participate in job evaluations to determine appropriate salary ranges based on job responsibilities and qualifications.
  8. Review and analyze job descriptions: Review and analyze job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect job responsibilities and align with our compensation structure.
  9. Develop compensation policies: Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
  10. Collaborate with external partners: Work closely with external partners, such as salary survey providers and compensation consultants, to gather data and stay informed about industry trends.
  11. Train managers and employees: Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on compensation practices and policies to ensure understanding and compliance.
  12. Monitor budget: Monitor compensation budget to ensure it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  13. Participate in compensation committees: Participate in compensation committees and provide recommendations on salary structures and adjustments.
  14. Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion.
  15. Continuously improve processes: Continuously review and improve compensation processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis And Consulting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
