  1. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote Texas Performing Arts and drive ticket sales.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing and sales efforts across all platforms.
  4. Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and make strategic decisions.
  5. Oversee the creation of compelling and innovative marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media campaigns.
  6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, community partners, and other stakeholders to increase brand awareness and drive ticket sales.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate marketing and sales strategies.
  9. Represent Texas Performing Arts at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the organization's mission.
  10. Act as a spokesperson for the organization, communicating its vision, values, and impact to the public.
  11. Collaborate with artists and their teams to develop and implement marketing plans for their performances.
  12. Monitor and analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to marketing and sales.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and a commitment to excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing And Sales, Preferably In The Performing Arts Industry

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders, Clients, And Partners

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Marketing And Sales Strategies, Including Digital Marketing, Social Media, And Advertising, As Well As Experience Developing And Implementing Successful Campaigns.
