- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students in the Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues and escalate to appropriate team members when needed.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for department computers, printers, and other technology equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide efficient and effective support.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to the department's technology systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for technology systems and procedures.
- Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.

- Provide training and support to new hires on department technology systems and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Desktop Support Or A Similar Role, Preferably In An Academic Or Engineering Environment
Proficiency With Windows And Mac Operating Systems, As Well As Common Software And Applications Used In Engineering And Research Settings
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users And Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Engineers And Researchers.
