  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research projects related to women's health.
  2. Develop and implement research protocols, procedures, and timelines.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines related to clinical research.
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with research team members, including investigators, coordinators, and data analysts.
  5. Monitor and track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  6. Manage project budgets and resources, including funding applications and grant submissions.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders and partners to provide regular updates on project progress.
  8. Identify potential issues or risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  9. Analyze data and prepare reports for publication and presentation at conferences.
  10. Stay current with emerging trends and developments in the field of women's health research.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the research team.
  12. Mentor and train junior staff members on research methods and protocols.
  13. Represent the Department of Women's Health at professional conferences and events.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental research goals and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Project Management, Preferably In The Field Of Women's Health.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Clinical Research.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.

  • Experience In Budget Management And Grant Writing For Clinical Research Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Team Members And Stakeholders.
